No: You shouldn't be worried from a perspective of preventing pregnancy, however it may be that this specific brand of birth control isn't good at controlling your cycles, which, for many women, is one of the main reasons we take birth control. I would speak with doctor or clinic if continues and try a different pill. Not every pill is the same and some respond better than others.
