A 25-year-old female asked:
Is it possible for sperm to survive for 3 months inside the female?

No: No. Sperm can only survive up to 5 days in the vaginal environment. Sperm cells are not like other cells in the body such as muscle or nerve cells which are intended to have longevity. Sperm are there to do a job of fertilizing an egg. The egg can only be fertilized during a short 48-72 hour period of time, so there is no need for sperm to live longer.
