How long does it take for depo-provera testosterone to peak? 100 mg a week.

24-48 hours: Hi. Depo-T peaks in 24-48 hours after injection.

Approx. a week: There is no one size fits all. The absorption can vary significantly depending on the individual. Usually we use 200 mg every 2 weeks and check levels in the middle of the dosing schedule. I would suggest you utilize the services of a physician to monitor your levels and response to treatment closely. Too much Testosterone can cause problems. See the attached slide.

Days to weeks: The first peak is usually within about 1 day but as you give yourself weekly injections it will build on itself and should reach a steady peak/trough within about a month.
