Very unlikely.: Sperm are very delicate little critters. Exposure to air or to fluids that are toxic to them, like spermicides or salt water, stop them in their tracks. Also, they can't migrate to the cervix from outside of the vagina because they don't have any fluid to swim in. If your next period is late, get a pregnancy test to ease your mind.
