Nuttin' Honey!: With one or both nuts?? So, about 10 days from the 24th (I'd wait 2 weeks) get a urine pregnancy test. If it's negative, check it a week later. If, during the next 6 or so weeks, you've not had a period, and you are getting pain on one side down there, go see a doctor to make sure something weird isn't going on.
