Brown discharge: The discharge can be from your birth control pills. If you are concerned about pregnancy, purchase a pregnancy test to find out

Not likely: If your period was normal in flow and duration, its unlikely that you are pregnant. Some women sometimes have a brown discharge after menses. It is just some residual menstrual blood at the tail-end of menses. It probably doesn't mean you are pregnant. It can also sometimes be a side-effect of birth control pills. Best wishes!
