Yes.: if your only potential to HIV ever was three years ago, particularly since you used a condom, and you tested negative for HIV four months ago, you do you have HIV. HIV can sometimes take 3-6 months to show up as positive on a blood test. by three years, you would certainly test positive if you in fact had it.
