Sympathetic system: Erection is primarily mediated through parasympathetic system, while ejaculation is primarily mediated through parasympathetic system. Thus, any condition affecting affecting the sympathetic system can cause ejaculatory problem, including medications (SNRIs), stress, endocrine abnormalities (adrenal adenoma, pheochromocytoma), illicit substances (Cocaine, methamphetamine), or abnormal anatomy.
