Blood in stool: Constipation can be controlled by diet. There is more going on it he needs a laxative all the time. With missing a day in between BM's can lead to a large and harder stool that would cause a rectal tear, thus blood would be present on the wipe. If this continues, a trip to your pediatrician is my recommendation.
