Dominant follicle: Usually if you are pregnant it would show on the ultrasound, if implantation occurred. Likely from the timeline, you are getting ready to ovulate, therefore a dominant follicle- the one that will produce the egg . Thickened endometrium occurs at ovulation to prepare for possible conception and implantation. If you are peri-menopausal follow up with your doc on the thick endometrium
