Maybe: I'm assuming you're concerned you could be pregnant. IF you're having unprotected sex you should be concerned. Time to have someone to take you to see a GYN physician. Otherwise, it could very well just be your period. The timing is right.

? Period: This shows that you started bleeding next day of your sex, if so this should be the period.

Sex: It depends on when you last period was. If you had sex just before that period you are fine. If it was up to two weeks before then this could be a miscarriage.
