Don't worry.: Masturbation should not impair your ability to have children. Frequent ejaculation may decrease the amount of sperm in your ejaculate short term but masturbating at the frequency you describe should allow ample time for your body to reproduction adequate sperm.

Conception risks: Nope, masturbation is not one of them as it cannot cause or prevent pregnancy. What is a greater risk is ovulation and pregnancy at your stated age of 39. In addition to a decline in ovulation after age 35 there are also risks from the usual maladies of age such as high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
