ED: You may be suffering from a form of erectile dysfunction, which may be secondary to hormone, diabetes, circulation or psychosexual reasons. See your primary care physician and also have a PSA exam to check prostate function.

ED: Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is very common, especially as we age as men, and the testosterone levels may decrease. And then on top of that several possible underlying factors such as Diabetes, High BP, drugs, medications, anxiety, etc., can also all affect a mans ability to get erections. See a Urologist for a complete eval and treatment. Best wishes.

Not sure: I'm not sure what a "loose" penis refers to. Does this mean that it's not "rigid" enough to allow for intercourse. If this is the case, the causes could be many things from vascular issues, neurologic issues, hormonal issues or even psychologist/stress/emotional based issues. Your best bet is to seek an inperson evaluation from your health care provider. Good luck.
