Can sperm be present intermittently in a semen analysis?

Here are some ...: Sperm production is a continual process, not an intermittent spurt. Generally speaking, the first half of ejaculate tends to have higher sperm concentration than the second half. However, because the duration of spermatogenesis takes 74 days, it is a good idea to do two semen analyses in 2.5 months apart.
