Possibly: Bleeding and cramps most likely your period and not related to unprotected sex the night before (assuming non-traumatic sex). However you put yourself at risk for sexually transmitted diseases and HIV. You should go to your doc and be tested for STDs and HIV. How well do you know your partner? Has he/she been tested for STDs or HIV?

Sex: If you had sex near the start of your period and it was "rough" then this may have caused the start of menstruation

Vaginal irritation: Visit a gynecologist for an evaluation to determine if you have be over stretched, have an infection, are pregnant, or have other problem. Learn about birth control techniques, and STD prevention. There are immunizations against common sexually transmitted disease you might find interesting.
