One way to find out: If you're concerned you could be pregnant, the one way to find out is with a pregnancy test. If you have regularly taken your birth control pills, this is very unlikely, but still possible, especially if you missed any doses. If you symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, follow up with your PCP or OB/GYN.
