Here are some ...: If what you concerned is truly heat rash, it should go away in 3-5 days after giving the affected area a good clean & dry environment with regular care + adequate ventilation. But, oftentimes, the rashes in the areas you described may have skin yeast infection, for which applying antifungal - steroid cream lightly once or twice daily will help quickly in 2-3 days.
