Depends: Clindamycin is only recommended as a possible choice of therapy in non-pregnant females with severe pid at least partially due to gonorrhea. It is not recommended in all other cases of gonorrhea, male or female, minor or adult.

No: Clindamycin is not affective against gonorrhea. It can be used in combination with other medications for pelvic inflammatory disease and certain types of vaginitis. Due to increasing resistance to various medications, gonorrhea treatments are limited.

Clindamycine&gonorrh: Yes it can but there are better antibiotics for treatment of gonorrhea.But it can be used if others can not be used due to allergy or drug resistance.
