Size determined by: heredity. I am sure it is longer than 1 cm. Size is not important so stop worrying about it.

Go to the Doctor: If your erect penis is only one centimeter you may have a delayed puberty and it is urgent that you get this evaluated and treated. Please go see your family physician urgently.
