Asphyxiation: Is more dangerous. Holding breath is safer as you can release that faster usually, unless u lose consciousness. I understand why you would do this, but I would not recommend it. There are other ways, that are safer, to heighten u'r orgasms

Asphyxia : Holding your breath is completely different from cutting off your airway with choking in some way. Normally just holding your breath would not be life threatening.
