Not classically but: As often birth control causes tender or sensitive breast tissue. But, your body may responds a bit differently and instead of feeling pain it may be that you perceive "itchiness"/pruritus. Alternatively, it could be a very atypical allergic reaction. Ideally if this becomes more bothersome, you should have someone evaluate this issue in person. Best of luck.

Get Breast Exam: Is birth control pill causing "itchy breasts"? Your breasts are under hormonal influences throughtout the menstrual cycle. These hormones cause fluctuations in the amount of fluid in breasts. Swelling, tenderness, itching, and more can occur. These same hormones are also present in the pill & can result in the same symptoms. See your doctor for a breast exam to rule out other causes for itching.
