Not likely: If you used the condom appropriately it would be quite unlikely. But I'm not sure "where" you are smelling the semen odor. It may be possible that the odor of the condom(coming from the material/lubricant/spermicide) plus the odor from your natural secretions are combining to create an odor similar to what semen smells like.
