Yes: I'm guessing you mean six weeks after delivery?? If this is the case, yes, you could get pregnant but it would not be very likely. This is especially true if you are breast feeding. Get on some birth control as soon as possible. It's best to put at least 2-3 years between pregnancies for both your health and your baby's health.
