What do you advise if i'm on sprintec oral contraceptive. i want to know what meds if any can lessen the effectiveness of my birth control?

Rule of thumb: As a rule of thumb, when taking sprintec and in addition taking short term medication, use condoms as back up. If on long term medication it may be better to use an IUD rather than the pill.
