Usually not...: ...without out some associated foreign object insertion. Can occasionally see blood in ejaculate from seminal fluid or if have an STI. If no urinary / genital pain, abstain from sex/masturbation for 2-3 days, then reattempt. If persists, see a Urologist for evaluation.
