See answer: Be sure your testosterone levels are normal. If there are no other illnesses that would make you susceptible to peripheral neuropathy such as diabetes among others, there is not a whole lot you can do to increase the sensitivity. If there are other signs of neuropathy like tingling or decreased sensation in fingers or toes or if any difficulty with urination or bowel movements, see doctor.
