Very small chance: Chances for a woman, who is on a hormonal birth control method, like Ortho Evra, are very small - hormonal contraceptives are among the most effective, compared to condoms, for example. However, if there is any doubt, a pregnancy test the earliest about a week after unprotected intercourse will need to be done.
