Could hpv cause throat cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The germ that can trigger cervical cancer, hpv, can be shared between sex partners. In males it can cause penile, anal and esophageal cancer, all of which take years to develop. The male may also carry the hpv and never have any problem with it, and never know they have it.
