Breast size: likely to ^ w puberty, pregnancy, breast feeding & possibly prior to your period. You can build up chest muscles w exercise & weight lifting but it will not ^ the amt. of fatty tissue. There are no pills, herbs or machines that will ^ breast size. Breast augmentation is surgical enlargement.

Breast Augmentation: Breats will change size with pregnancy, hormonal changes and weight gain. Assuming that ones body is stable, breast augmentation with implants or fat transfer are the best ways to maintain breast size.

Breast Enhancement: While there are supplements that are purported to give larger breasts, there is nothing available that has been scientifically shown to work. Breast augmentation with your own tissue (fat transfer) can give you about one additional size but the results are not predictable since fat that survival is not necessarily predictable. Breast augmentation with an implant is the conventional method.
