Practice: I can't tell from your question whether you want to ejaculate sooner or later. This is largely a matter of practice with your partner. For premature ejaculation, the squeeze technique is a better long-term strategy than a medication (ssri) or anesthetic. If you are not able to ejaculate, talk with your physician and if no cause is found ask whether yohimbine is a possible treatment.

Partner problem: I'm not certain that you are describing a failure to ejaculate or ejaculation without semen. The first can be due to diabetes, psychologic stress, hormonal issues or vascular problems. Small semen volume can be related to retrograde ejaculation when due to surgery, nerve damage or diabetes the sperm ejaculates into the bladder rather than exiting the penis.

No or little semen: You did not give your age so it is difficult to answer. We need to know your teststerone level and if you are taking any meds which can cause retrograde ejaculation, as a result the semen goes to the urnary bladder instead comin out.Low semen can be related to low level of testosterone sometimes.Another cause of retrgrade ejaculation is prostate surgery. If none of this see a urologist.

Retrograde flow: Quite common especially if you have some prostate enlargement and/or taking some medication for it, retrograde ejaculation (semen goes into bladder) may occur and thus you may not see it at time of climax. It is common and not dangerous. If this bothers you, consult your doc for other options... Good luck.

Premature ejac: Premature ejaculation is very common. Some men have a very sensitive penis and can be excited to "climax" more easily than others. There are some treatments available. Discuss with your dr. As some biofeedback measures can help and there are even rx medications now approved for premature ejaculation. Best wishes.
