Yes: Those two medications will not be harmful together. They are both synthetic progestins, and they have similar side effects. You cannot really take too much of either of them.

There is no : contraindication to using both. However, Depo Provera is usually a very effective form of birth control - so not sure why one would add in the Plan B.
