Yes, of course!: If you have unprotected sex (or your "friend") at ovulation - forget withdrawal, which doesn't work - then she could be pregnant. She can do a pregnancy test 1-2 days before the expected period to find out.

Definitely yes!: I didn't say you are pregnant, but this method is 100% possible to conceive. If you don't want to be pregnant, don't do it. However, if 46 years (?) is your actual age, its incredibly unlikely though.
