A member asked:

How can retrograde ejaculation be reversed after tumt. after tumt i had blood in my semen for a month, and now very little ejaculate. it's been 2 mo?

Alpha agonist: Assuming you are not also on a medication to shrink your prostate as well (5-ari), there is virtually no way to "reverse" retrograde ejaculation. Theoretically, an alpha-agonist may help "tighten" your bladder neck, but will likely aggravate your voiding symptoms. Retrograde ejaculation is not "dangerous" for you: it does not decrease your pleasure, but will create a problem with fertility.
