Should be ok: Assuming you are asking about possible pregnancy risk? With the scenario as described, and having sex 1 day after her period, when she is regular on a 35 day cycle, and you only had precum, with using a condom (that did break), it would be very unlikely for her to get pregnant from this sexual encounter.
