Epididymitis?: Record the quality and quantity of symptoms as well as the sequence of events, and bring those information to see a urologist to verify what you got. Besides, record your voiding pattern and see if any urethral discharge. Clinically, epididymitis is the first coming to professional mind. But, a good history and physical exam on scrotum and its contents will lead to a DX even without ultrasound.
