Vag discharge: Likely a yeast infection. However, as for the possibility of an std, it pays to be very skeptical because partners are not always fully informed about how stds can be acquired (varying ways besides genital intercourse), not to mention that honesty is also sometimes an issue. An exam is in order as your reproductive system is not something for which you should take chances.
