Let her douche with warm water (few drops of vinegar in the water provides some sterility. If this continues , it will be wise to consult a good gynecologist.

Possible urine: Trapped in vagina. Try spreading thighs on toilet ; separate labia 2c if any urine is trapped. This maneuver might take take are of problem. Otherwise, fluid is vaginal secretion, which you might be able to expell the same way.
