Misinformed?: A female can get pregnant with any sperm left inside of the vagina. Even if a female sees some of the semen leak out after the sex or if a female douches or tries to wipe the semen out of the vagina. Sperm survive these things and can still swim through the cervix. If there are no sperm inside of the vagina pregnancy cannot happen.
