It won't work: That's hollywood, not reality. Why do you ask? Essential all men your age, and the majority of women enjoy their bodies while they're by themselves. It's not going to damage you physically or emotionally, but helps you stay comfortable and learn about your body to prepare you for adult roles. There is nothing 'spiritual' about trying to do the impossible. Talk with someone wise -- a parent?
