See answer: There is always a chance of pregnancy with the "withdrawal" method of birth control. Certainly, using a "morning after pill" is very effective in reducing your chance if pregnancy. Blood pregnancy tests usually start to turn positive about 10 days after ovulation/fertilization and urine tests a few days later at about 2 weeks.
