No: There is forgiveness in the estrogen/progesterone birth control pill. Ideally same time every day, but definitely okay what you've done. Having said that, birth control pills in general, when used correctly over a year's time, do have a 4-6% pregnancy rate. So just remember, nothing's 100% other than abstinence! birth control + condom is best to get maximum protection.
