Depends on sperm: If sperm came out from the penis, and if an egg was there within 3 days, there is a chance of pregnancy... So if there is not a normal regular period when the expected time comes, one can do a urine pregnancy test a week after missing the period. If the normal period comes, then there is no pregnancy.
