I have dry white ring around the penis about 1/3 of the way down from the tip, any suggestions?

Here are some ...: Most likely, this ring is benign and just a skin fold of penile skin. But, without a direct look, it's still hard to give an accurate guess. It would be reasonable to leave it alone as long as not hurting & not increasing in feature. However, if still unsure and being bothered mentally, seek pro-evaluation and counseling timely.
