"Can't control"?: It is not unusual for 20-year-old males to be interested in sex most all the time. The question here, however, is what you mean by "can't control it." apart from your almost constant desire for sex, how is this causing you trouble? Is it that you do not have a willing partner or that you are spending too much time with pornography or is there some other way in which this is creating a significant problem that it is somehow unusual?

No control=problem: A 20 year old guys feeling " horny" a good deal of the time is not uncommon. The concern here is if you can't control your impulses and feelings. That can lead you into some dangerous situations . It might be a good idea to talk with your doctor and get a referral to mental health professional
