Just started taking a pack of contraceptive pills but i always seem to be either taking it at 11 wen i forget at 10 does this mater much?

1 hour OK: If you are saying you are taking it one hour late pretty often, a) that is ok, and b) it is a hint you should move your time by an hour and just take it at 11! keep it simple to facilitate your schedule / memory / compliance.
