No: So all you need is to be off on bcp, have condom fail, be in ovulation window, and have a swimmer find egg? If still worried, can always re-test, but should not be due to pregnancy.

Technique: If you did the test correctly, and it has been 36 days since you had intercourse, you are not pregnant. You may repeat the test using first morning urine and following the instructions in the kit carefully. Or, you could see your doctor for a more sensitive blood test.
