It can be.: Some antidepressants are associated with a decrease in sexual desire or difficulty achieving orgasm. On the other hand, it's common for DEPRESSION to cause decreased libido and decreased sexual function. Welbutrin is known to have less sexual side effects than many antidepressants. But do talk with your doctor about this. Sex isn't a "frill!" It's part of a good life. LGromkoMD
