Unlikely: Before ejaculation a drop of semen with sperm comes out, and this can be enough to get a woman pregnant. However if this semen is on the outside of the vagina it's less likely to cause pregnancy. That being said if a woman is being sexually active and doesn't want to get pregnant it's best to use some form of birth control.
