What can lead to rust colored stools and swollen.scrotum?

Rusty stool/scrotum: Rust colored stools can be caused by blood in the intestines/rectum, diet/foods. I'm not sure the rust colored stools would be related to the swollen scrotum. Best to get an evaluation from a gastrointestinal doctor and urologist.
