Please see your gyn: A culture can be done , you most likely have BV and or other and it needs to be treated with either vaginal antibiotic cream or oral antibiotics.

Not really : It can be light pink, but not white. If it's white, i would suspect a yeast infection or other abnormality. Have your gyn have a look they're the experts on vagina variations and diseases.

Spots inside vagina: They are very likely to be sebaceous cysts. Sebaceous cysts are usually painless, slow-growing, small bumps or lumps that move freely under the skin. It's important not to touch or try to remove the substance inside to prevent tenderness, swelling, and infection of a sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cysts most often disappear on their own and are not dangerous. Women fear that they are herpes.

Group B strep?: I presume that you were told while pregnant that you are colonized with group b streptococcus. That means next to nothing to you. It is much more dangerous to your child, which is why you were put on antibiotics before delivery. It is a colonization to you. That is, it is not an infection that you are going to cure with antibiotics.
